At BusConnect Direct, we offer an unmatched warranty for our new buses: 5 years or 60,000 miles for the Chassis, and 5 years or 100,000 miles for the Conversion. This is part of our exclusive BusConnectCARE program.
Unlike other bus dealers, we provide extended coverage at no additional cost. Here's how it works:
- Chassis Warranty: Comes directly from the manufacturer (like Ford) for 5 years or 60,000 miles.
- Conversion Warranty: Covers components built onto the chassis, like Starcraft Bus, for 5 years or 100,000 miles.
When these warranties expire, you're typically responsible for repairs. But with BusConnect Direct, our BusConnectCARE extends coverage with a $100 deductible per claim, covering labor and specific parts for any breakdown or component failure, potentially saving you thousands of dollars.
BusConnectCARE Plus
For those seeking even more protection, we offer BusConnectCARE Plus for $800, extending the coverage to 7 years or 70,000 miles for the Chassis and 7 years or 100,000 miles for the Conversion.
